Operating as a fully remote team, we provide expert art direction and visual storytelling solutions for partners like Penguin Random House UK and Misk Art Institute. Our unique model centers on the Radish House Artist Network—a tiered ecosystem of collaborators that ensures every project, from publishing to institutional art, is met with the precise level of talent and expertise it deserves.

The visionary force behind Radish House since its founding in 2018, Layal has led the studio’s bold evolution from a boutique agency into a full-scale creative powerhouse. Based in the USA, she brings a wealth of experience in art direction and visual storytelling, having spearheaded projects for prestigious names like Penguin Random House. Layal is dedicated to the "RAD" philosophy—fostering a culture of mentorship and high-level creative execution. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to creating meaningful content for children and ensuring every project leaves a positive, lasting impact on the world.
Dr. Mohammed | Co-Founder & CEO
Directing the studio’s strategic growth from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohammed provides the leadership and operational backbone that allows Radish House to flourish globally. As CEO, he oversees the expansion of the Radish House Artist Network and the RAD Learning initiative, bridging the gap between artistic passion and professional excellence. His focus on building sustainable, value-driven systems ensures that the studio remains a reliable and innovative partner for high-profile institutions like the Misk Art Institute. RAD Learning
Founded in 2020 RAD learning is an educational platform focused on storytelling.
Our instructors are passionate and experienced in their area of specialty and they do cater to different types of learning and visual creative comprehension. Most importantly RAD learners become part of the community and form longstanding relationship with likeminded people globally.
Workshops are offered in both Arabic and English.
