Hello everyone! I’m Nermeen, a self-taught illustrator from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, currently living in the UK.

Up until 2016, I was leading two lives, a pharmacist by day and an artist by night. But my love for drawing actually started at the age of 5, and over the years I developed a great passion for children’s illustrations. In my illustrations, I tend to use vibrant and vivid colors, inspired by Mexican art and culture, something I’ve been exposed to a lot, as a half Mexican. Most of my characters are known for their big heads, wide smiles and wavy hair. I love drawing animals too. Cats, birds, bunnies and turtles are my favorite.
